No "MORE" frustration
Cancellation Policy Parent Workshop and Play Classes
No refunds will be given for cancellations of workshops or play classes made fewer than 48 hours before beginning of the class- a credit will be issued to attend a future class/workshop of equal value instead.
Cancellations made prior to 48 hours may receive a full refund. Please allow 7-10 days to process
Please note** For play classes, every effort will be made to ensure that families get all 6 classes. I will always offer to reschedule the class that was missed, when I'm notified in advance. (one class maximum) This does not include 'no shows' Make-up classes may be offered at another location, due to scheduling constraints. Thank you
